All prices displayed on this site are in United States Dollars (US$).

For currency conversion rates, please refer to the rates as seen here. Please keep in mind that these rates are just estimates, and may differ slightly from the actual rates charged by credit cards or Paypal.

3. ORDERING

How do I make a purchase?

10 easy steps for an optimum shopping experience at XEVANA!

i.  Browse

Click on any tab on the toolbar, and click on an item to view its details. Click "Quick View" for a short summary of the item. Some items may be available in more colours and/or have variations available.

ii. Add to Cart

Choose the quantity and option (if applicable) you wish to purchase, and click on 'Add to Cart'.

You will receive a notification stating that the item has been successfully added to your cart.

*Adding an item to cart will not secure the item until after you check out.

iii. Continue Shopping

Repeat steps (1) and (2) to continue browsing other XEVANA fashion jewelry! 

iv. Finalize

Click on your very own 'Bling Cart' located on the top right hand corner to view all your selected jewelry.

Finalize the items in your cart and click on 'Checkout'. You may wish to drop us an extra note, such as handling instructions, or if you would like the invoice to be excluded.

You may also apply your discount code after this stage.

v. Login

If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to do so before you can proceed to the next step.

Do I need to have an account to purchase from your store? See Section 4. 

vi. Confirm Details

Confirm your mailing address and preferred mode of shipping available. Kindly ensure that the details of your order and the mailing address are correct.

I have confirmed my order. Can I amend or cancel it? See Section 5. 

vii. Discounts!

Enter your discount code (if applicable) upon checking out.

Where do I key in the discount code to enjoy the discount? See Section 6. 

viii. Purchase

Make payment through your debit or credit card with Paypal. You do not require a Paypal account in order to make payment. All transaction charges are borne fully by XEVANA.

Are there other modes of payment? See Section 7. 

ix. Confirm

You will receive a confirmation email from XEVANA once your purchase has been processed and also when your order has been shipped out. 

x. Wear your XEVANA with pride.

Be prepared to receive your XEVANA merchandise in 2-4 working days (for local orders) and 10-14 working days (for International Mail). International orders via Express Shipping will arrive within 3-5 working days.

4. ACCOUNT

Do I need to sign up for an account to make a purchase?

No. However, setting up an account with XEVANA will allow you to place orders without having to fill in your details everytime you shop with us. It will also provide you with benefits such as order tracking, tracking your cart additions, regular newsletters, and early-bird notifications for exclusive discounts and special offers.

We only send out newsletters to customers at a maximum monthly basis, and we promise to always have perks for you then. No spam from us!

You can sign up right now, or you can start shopping straight away and set up an account when you check out later. Whichever suits you best.

How do I view my account details?

You may access your account dashboard here. From your account dashboard, you can view your recent orders and manage your shipping and billing addresses.

5.ORDER STATUS

I have confirmed my order, can I amend or cancel it?

If your order has yet to be shipped out, amendments may be made if you notify our Customer Service Representative in time, subjected to a case-by-case basis. For any amendments of orders or should you require assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service Representative at service@xevana.com.

Unfortunately, it is not possible for you to cancel your order once it has been confirmed.

How do I check my order status?

You can check your orders by logging in, going to My Account, and clicking on the Order ID under ‘Order History’.

6. DISCOUNT CODE

Where do I key in the discount code to enjoy the discount?

At the check out page, before official payment and placing your order.

Under the Discounts section, simply enter your discount code and the deduction will be applied.

Please note that only one discount code can be used per order.

Please always check for any additional terms and conditions accompanying the discount code.

7. MODES OF PAYMENT

XEVANA regrets to inform that currently, we only accept debit and credit card payments via Paypal.

You do not require a Paypal account in order to make payment. All transaction charges are borne fully by XEVANA.

8. SHIPPING POLICY

XEVANA ships both locally and internationally. We offer free local regular postage for all purchases and charges a flat rate for international delivery. Certain international orders may also opt for express delivery, subject to an additional fee.

9. MATERIALS OF FASHION JEWELRY

All XEVANA fashion jewelry utilizes glass crystals embedded upon plated brass.

All of our fashion jewelry are nickel and lead safe. If you have any queries with regard to the materials of our jewelry, or if you would like to customize your purchase in a different color plating, or utilize a different type of crystal (e.g. Swarovski, Austrian), please contact our friendly Customer Service Representative here for a quote.

All of our fashion jewelry are also double-coated with anti-tarnish layers for that extra shine and durability.
