1. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

XEVANA's fashion jewelry undergoes a strict quality control process and have been checked for any defects before they are dispatched to our customers. We treat the quality of all our fashion jewelry with high regard. In the unfortunate scenario that you have received a defective item or an incorrect item, please contact us at service@xevana.com with your order number and reason for exchange within 7 days from the day the parcel was received.

In the return email, you will receive a return receipt from us, as well as additional exchange details. Please print the return receipt and send it out together with the item to be exchanged. Please note that all exchanges should be returned to us through i. registered postage, in its ii. original condition, which includes iii. tags, iv. packaging and v. return receipt. All items will be inspected on return and handled on a case-to-case basis. Exchanges which fail to meet these 5 clauses (i-v) will be duly declined. Kindly retain your receipt/tracking number until you have received confirmation from XEVANA with regard to the receipt of your parcel. XEVANA will not be held responsible for lost mails in the process of exchanges or returns.

In the event that a refund is issued, refunds will be made in the form of your original payment, i.e. via PayPal.

 

2. SALES ITEMS

All sales items or items purchased with promotional codes are final, as such we will not accept requests for exchanges or returns.

 

3. DIMENSIONS & COLOR ACCURACY

All dimensions are taken to the best of our ability. There may be a 0.1”-0.3” disparity in measurements provided.

XEVANA puts in the extra effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. For the most accurate representation of color, please refer to the close-up image. Do note that colors may be rendered differently on different monitor screens.

In such cases, such dimensions and color discrepancies may not be considered as a defect and requests for returns will not be accepted.

 

4. REPAIRS

XEVANA provides a one-time complimentary repair for all fashion jewelry purchased from XEVANA.com, within 6 months of the purchase of your item. If you wish to opt for a complimentary repair service, please contact us at service@xevana.com

All XEVANA fashion jewelry are hand made by our artisans. Some delicate pieces may require careful handling on your part. Please treat your XEVANA jewelry with care. Gently wipe your jewelry with a soft polishing cloth after each wear, and store your items away from sunlight and in a cool environment. XEVANA will not account for items damaged by irresponsible wear and storage.
